As a redesigner Leslye's work focuses on making the best use of present furnishings and treasures. "I like to make a space that's visually appealing but also comfortable." "I use creative ideas when decorating a room; it doesnt necessarily have to cost a small fortune to achieve a beautiful home." When staging a home my first goal is to depersonalize the space. Then create a welcoming feeling  that will impact a prospective buyer when they walk through the front door. This is done through the use of artful furnishings, colors and accessories that stimulate the senses.

Leslye is a member of The One Day Decorating Alumni Association, and a charter member of The Society of Decorating Professionals. She has studied with celebrity redesigner JoAnne Lenart-Weary who has been featured on HGTV’s “Decorating Cents” program. Leslye is committed to ongoing training and education.
